Ashland, VA — September 2, 2026 — Wine and Beer Supply, LLC (wineandbeersupply.com) today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Havoc Brew Supply / Hop Havoc (hophavoc.com), effective September 1, 2026. The acquisition expands Wine & Beer Supply’s brewing portfolio with hops, fruit purees, and cleaning chemicals, furthering the company’s goal of becoming the one-stop supply partner for breweries and beverage producers.
Hop Havoc will continue to operate under its existing name and website as part of the growing CraftBevCo family, providing continuity for its customers while gaining access to Wine & Beer Supply’s broader inventory, distribution network, and resources.
With four strategically located warehouses in Ashland, VA; Penn Yan, NY; Hammonton, NJ; and Pittsburgh, PA, Wine & Beer Supply provides customers across the East Coast and beyond with ready access to inventory and reliable delivery.
The Hop Havoc acquisition is the latest step in Wine & Beer Supply’s continued expansion. The company recently opened its Pittsburgh location to better serve breweries and wineries throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, and surrounding markets, while also adding new lines of premium malts and yeasts.
