Previous Top 10 Brand Again Ranks Among Approximately 90,000 Food & Beverage Brands Based on Retail Buyer Engagement
NEW YORK, NY — Chlorophyll Water, a pioneer of the chlorophyll category and America’s first-ever bottled water to achieve Clean Label Project Certification, today announced that it has once again ranked among RangeMe’s Top 50 Food & Beverage Brands.
The recognition marks Chlorophyll Water’s second consecutive appearance on the quarterly list, following its breakthrough into RangeMe’s Top 10 Food & Beverage Brands last quarter, when the company ranked No. 9 among approximately 90,000 brands represented on the platform.
Published by Mass Market Retailers, the RangeMe Top 50 Food & Beverage Brands list identifies the brands generating the greatest engagement from retail buyers actively searching for new products.
Unlike a traditional award determined through applications or judging panels, the ranking is driven by measurable buyer activity across the RangeMe platform. Brand selection considers retailer-approved submissions through RangeMe’s Immediate Opportunity campaigns, along with positive buyer actions including sample requests, direct messages, meeting requests, and product saves.
RangeMe’s Immediate Opportunity campaigns are hosted by retailers seeking products that meet specific category needs or strategic initiatives, including sustainability, private label, and supplier diversity. A retailer approval means that a supplier has been invited to advance to the next stage of the buyer’s decision-making process, which may include a sample request or meeting.
In 2025 alone, RangeMe hosted 518 Immediate Opportunity campaigns that generated more than 55,000 brand submissions and 10,500 retailer approvals.
According to Mass Market Retailers, the Top 50 list represents the brands driving the most engagement among buyers actively searching for new products and serves as a leading indicator of the types of products consumers may see on retail shelves in the months and years ahead.
“Earning back-to-back recognition from RangeMe is especially meaningful because the ranking reflects real, measurable engagement from retail buyers,” said Matt Levine, Founder of Chlorophyll Water. “This is not simply an award we applied for or a list selected by a judging panel. It is based on the actions buyers are taking when they discover and evaluate brands on the platform.”
“To continue standing out among approximately 90,000 brands reinforces the demand we are seeing for differentiated, functional, and transparently produced beverages,” Levine added. “It also demonstrates that Chlorophyll Water continues to resonate with retailers searching for innovation and products with meaningful long-term shelf potential.”
The latest Food & Beverage ranking is based on retail buyer activity during the 90-day period ending July 22, 2026. Mass Market Retailers features RangeMe’s Top 50 brands across the Food & Beverage, Health & Beauty Care, and General Merchandise categories, with each category appearing once per quarter.
On the consumer side, Chlorophyll Water was also recently recognized as a 2026 Top Trending Brand by Spate Market Research, an AI-powered consumer trend forecasting platform that analyzes consumer activity across Google Search, TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit. Selected from thousands of brands tracked through Spate’s Popularity Index, the recognition further reflects growing consumer interest in Chlorophyll Water and the functional hydration category.
Chlorophyll Water also recently earned Clean Label Project Certification for the fourth consecutive year. In 2022, the company became the first bottled water in the United States to achieve the certification.
As part of the certification process, products are independently purchased from retailers and tested for more than 90 environmental toxins and harmful contaminants consumers cannot see, including heavy metals, pesticide residues, and plasticizers.
“We have spent years building awareness around chlorophyll while demonstrating that the category can perform at retail,” Levine said. “Continued recognition from RangeMe, alongside our growing retail footprint and consumer demand, provides another strong validation of the category we have helped create and the momentum behind Chlorophyll Water.”
Chlorophyll Water combines ultra-purified water with chlorophyll derived from alfalfa and is fortified with vitamins A, B12, C, and D. The brand is available in 16.9-ounce and 1-liter bottles made from 100% recycled plastic, as well as a recently introduced 16-ounce aluminum can.
The repeat RangeMe recognition comes during a period of significant national expansion for Chlorophyll Water. The brand is available nationwide through retailers including Earth Fare, Erewhon, GIANT, Meijer, Wegmans, and select Whole Foods Market locations in the Northeast, along with thousands of additional retail locations across the country.
Recent retail launches include Harris Teeter, Harvest Market by Niemann Foods, Hy-Vee, Nugget Market, Pavilions, and Walmart. Chlorophyll Water has also expanded its online distribution through Hungryroot, Misfits Market, and Thrive Market.
