Rob McCaughey joins Board of Directors

HENDERSON, NV (JULY 16, 2026) - The United States Bartenders’ Guild today announces that Rob McCaughey, WSET will join the organization’s National Board of Directors effective immediately.

Industry veteran McCaughey brings nearly two decades of experience in education and organizational growth and market leadership across the spirits, wine, and hospitality sectors. He has spearheaded partnerships across global supplier, distributor, retail, and trade networks while converting market intelligence into actionable strategies that lead to increased organizational performance. The New Jersey-based McCaughey holds advanced qualifications in spirits, sake, and wine and is a certified educator.

Said USBG President Ingrid Shawn Rodriguez, “We’re thrilled to add Rob’s balanced blend of business insight, marketing expertise, fundraising capabilities, and collaborative leadership to the USBG’s Board of Directors.
