Each bar is made with 72% cacao, sweetened only with dates, and studded with whole roasted almonds for a deeply satisfying crunch. A finish of sea salt sharpens the cacao and draws out the almonds' toasted depth. The result is rich, nutty, and just salty enough: a new bar that already feels like a classic.
