October 6, 2026 - Thomas Henry, the second-largest premium mixer brand in the world, is expanding its U.S. portfolio with the introduction of Thomas Henry Ginger Ale and Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic, both of which are now available for purchase in 24-packs and 48-packs on their website.
One of the Berlin-born brand’s five original flavors, Ginger Ale is already a longstanding favorite behind bars worldwide. Now available in the U.S. for the first time, the mixer offers a smoother, more approachable alternative to the brand’s Spicy Ginger Beer that still packs more ginger flavor and complexity than most widely available iterations of the soda.
Thomas Henry Ginger Ale delivers a noticeable kick of ginger that is balanced by notes of bright citrus, gentle caramel sweetness, and a rounded mouthfeel. Smooth rather than spicy and never overly sweet, the mixer is designed to complement premium spirits without overpowering them, bringing depth and adding structure to everything from premium highballs to long drinks. Its refined profile also lends itself to low- and no-alcohol serves and is just as refreshing on its own, served ice cold with a wedge of lime.
True to its brand philosophy, “From Bartenders for Bartenders,” Thomas Henry’s Botanical Tonic was developed with the advice and support of renowned bartenders across Europe. The mixer stands out with a well-balanced flavor profile and harmonious interplay of freshness and sweetness. Excitingly mild and delicately floral, Botanical Tonic offers a nuanced blend of herbal character and bright citrus, complemented by a gentle note of bitterness and a subtle freshness in the finish.
A unique combination of Mediterranean and local botanicals, including tarragon, bay leaf, sloe, elderflower and pine needle, gives Botanical Tonic its distinctive character. Its reduced bitterness and light touch of quinine create a smooth, balanced profile that offers a more delicate alternative to classic tonic waters. While versatile enough to enjoy on its own, Botanical Tonic is designed to complement a range of spirits and serves, including gin, vermouth, aperitif spirits, tequila, port wine and non-alcoholic spirits. Its mild, floral profile makes it particularly well suited to lighter and more botanical-forward drinks.
“Thomas Henry was born in bars, so it’s all about how the liquid performs in the glass,” says Benedikt Fimpel, Director of International Business at Thomas Henry. “With the Ginger Ale and Botanical Tonic mixers, we wanted to take two familiar bar staples and give them more depth and character while still keeping the versatility that makes them great.”
Created by bartenders for cocktail enthusiasts, home entertainers and fellow hospitality professionals, Thomas Henry Ginger Ale and Botanical Tonic reflect the brand’s enduring commitment to creating premium-quality mixers that elevate drinks without adding unnecessary complexity. Made with real fruit juice and a high fruit juice content, Thomas Henry mixers deliver bold, balanced flavor profiles that stand apart from conventional mixers.
Thomas Henry is served in some of the world's best bars across more than 60 countries. Ginger Ale and Botanical Tonic expand the brand’s growing U.S. portfolio, joining Tonic Water, Cherry Blossom Tonic, Spicy Ginger Beer, Soda Water, Vivid Watermelon, Mystic Mango and Pink Grapefruit.
