Award-winning British aperitif secures exclusive UK partnership with CASK and new agreements across France, the Netherlands and Norway.
Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif has announced a major new chapter for the brand, securing an exclusive UK distribution partnership with CASK, alongside new agreements in France, the Netherlands and Norway.
The announcement marks Beesou’s most significant commercial milestone to date, strengthening its home market position while opening three important European territories as the brand moves into a more structured phase of visibility, availability and scale.
Through CASK, Beesou will increase its reach across hospitality, premium on-trade, specialist retail and selected off-trade channels, strengthening availability for bartenders, buyers and consumers across the UK.
Internationally, Beesou has appointed L’Explorateur du Goût in France, Bemakers in the Netherlands, and Bacchus Beverages together with Broken Bottles in Norway. Together, these new partners provide experienced local market support and a clear route into some of Europe’s most exciting drinks scenes.
“This is a defining moment for Beesou,” said Mark Wakefield, Founder of Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif.
“From day one, our ambition has been to create a truly distinctive all-natural honey wine-based aperitif that brings something genuinely new and unique to the category, while celebrating the natural character of honey and responding to the growing demand for lower-alcohol drinks.
As a brand with purpose, our mission extends beyond the liquid itself. We are committed to raising awareness around the importance of bees and biodiversity, while creating meaningful experiences that connect consumers, bartenders and the hospitality industry with a more sustainable future.
Securing an exclusive UK partnership with CASK, alongside outstanding distribution partners across France, the Netherlands and Norway, is a powerful validation of both the brand and the momentum we are building. These agreements will enable us to reach more consumers than ever before and establish Beesou in some of Europe’s most exciting drinks markets.
This is just the beginning of our international journey, with further expansion, including the United States, firmly in our sights.”
Stuart Hekins, CASK Co-founder, added: “We are incredibly excited to partner with Beesou and introduce a new style of aperitif to the UK market. The category continues to evolve, and we see significant opportunities for brands that challenge convention while remaining relevant to modern drinking occasions.
Beesou offers bartenders something genuinely different: a distinctive flavour profile, strong sustainability credentials and exceptional versatility in cocktails and spritz serves. We have seen its potential to inspire creativity behind the bar and play a role in shaping the next generation of aperitif drinking culture.
We are proud to support Beesou's journey and look forward to building the brand with the trade across the UK.”

Co-Founder, CASK
The announcement comes as aperitif culture, spritz serves and cocktail-led drinking continue to influence modern drinking habits, with consumers increasingly looking for products that offer flavour, quality and provenance without the need for higher alcohol strength.
Since launch, Beesou has built early traction across premium venues, cocktail menus and trade activations, earning recognition from bartenders, hospitality operators and consumers. The new distribution network will support increased trade engagement and wider availability throughout 2026.
A Platform for International Growth
The UK and European agreements announced today represent the first stage of Beesou’s broader international strategy.
With a stronger home market base and new European partners now in place, Beesou is actively exploring additional export opportunities, including the United States, which is a clear focus for the brand's next phase of development.
Further market announcements are expected as Beesou continues to build its international footprint.
