BROOKLYN, NY — Salt of the Earth Bakery, the Brooklyn-based gourmet bakery known for its small-batch soul and premium indulgent desserts, is proud to announce its first-ever brand collaboration: a new brownie collection made with iconic Dove® Chocolate. The collaboration is expected to hit shelves before the end of summer 2026.
The partnership brings together Dove® Chocolate’s signature smooth, creamy chocolate with Salt of the Earth Bakery’s handcrafted bakery expertise to create two elevated brownie experiences designed for modern indulgence.
The launch collection includes:
- Dove & Behold: A rich, fudgy dark chocolate brownie made with premium Dove® chocolate and cocoa powder, finished with Maldon Sea Salt for a deep, timeless chocolate experience.
- Brooklyn Blondie: A soft, buttery blondie-style brownie made with brown sugar and premium Dove® dark chocolate, offering sweet and creamy chocolate notes topped with Maldon Sea Salt.
