Vert

Vert Pack is a packaging manufacturer and sourcing partner headquartered in Longmont, Colorado, serving consumer brands across natural products, pet, cannabis, and other CPG categories. The company operates a 35,000 square foot production facility in Longmont where it manufactures pouches, roll stock, and labels using in-house printing capabilities, delivering domestic production with turnaround times of three weeks or less. For formats outside its direct manufacturing scope — including boxes, primary containers, corrugated shippers, and specialty formats — Vert Pack manages an established network of domestic and international manufacturing partners, all coordinated through a single point of contact.

The company's product format offering spans stand-up pouches, lay-flat pouches, stick packs, roll stock, labels, boxes, bottles and jars, case packs, and corrugated shippers. These formats serve a wide range of product categories including herbs, teas, powders, supplements, tinctures, oils, balms, and wellness kits. The cannabis and natural products markets are explicitly served, with demonstrated experience getting cannabis products such as hash holes to market within weeks.

Vert Pack differentiates itself through flexible minimum order quantities suited to both early-stage launches and scaling brands, import-scale pricing paired with domestic lead times, and real-time order visibility across every project. The team provides proactive compliance review of artwork before production begins, helping brands in regulated or certification-sensitive categories — such as natural products — avoid labeling errors, costly reprints, and production delays. Their internal process runs from initial brief through dieline construction, materials selection, design collaboration, proof approval, and final production and delivery on a unified schedule.

Founded by industry veterans who identified inefficiencies in traditional packaging supplier relationships, Vert Pack was built to consolidate vendor management, accelerate time-to-shelf, and provide hands-on support throughout the production cycle. The company positions itself as a single-partner solution for brands that need multiple packaging formats managed under one roof without sacrificing speed, quality, or pricing competitiveness.
