SIP Manufacturing is a beverage contract manufacturing and co-packing facility located in South Haven, Mississippi, operating from a 515,000 square foot production complex. The facility is positioned as a large-scale, multi-line beverage production operation with capabilities spanning both canned and bottled formats across a wide range of beverage categories.

The can line at SIP Manufacturing is engineered for high-volume output, with a capacity of 15 million cases and a volumetric filler running at 1,000 cans per minute. The facility supports multiple can formats, including sleek cans in 7.5, 8, and 12 oz sizes, standard cans in 12, 16, and 19.2 oz formats, and tall boy cans at 24 oz. Processing technologies on the can line include Tunnel Pasteurization, Hotfill, HTST (High-Temperature Short-Time), Velcorin antimicrobial treatment, and Standard CSD (Carbonated Soft Drink) processing. Packaging configurations are extensive, covering 4-, 6-, 8-, and 12-pack cartoners, as well as 12-, 15-, 24-, and 30-pack trays with registered film, inline wrap-around corrugated boxes, loose trays, and full variety pack capability.

The bottle line adds further versatility, running at 500 bottles per minute with a capacity of 7.5 million cases. It accommodates multiple packaging materials including PET, aluminum, glass, and Trivium containers. Closure options include 38mm PCO, 38mm ROPP, and 26mm crown caps, making it suitable for a broad spectrum of beverage types. The same suite of processing technologies available on the can line — Tunnel Pasteurization, Hotfill, HTST, Velcorin, and Standard CSD — is also supported on the bottle line. Packaging on this line includes inline wrap-around corrugated boxes, loose trays, and full variety pack capability.

SIP Manufacturing also offers in-house alcohol capabilities, specifically sugar brew production for alcoholic ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages, positioning the facility to serve the fast-growing hard seltzer and alcoholic RTD market segments. Additionally, the company provides warehousing and third-party logistics (3PL) services, including full variety pack support and customer finished goods storage, enabling end-to-end supply chain solutions for brand partners.
