Old Log Cabin Distillery is a craft spirits producer located in Seattle, Washington, operating just 1.1 miles from Climate Pledge Arena in the Elliott Avenue West neighborhood. With roots tracing back to 1840, the brand carries one of the oldest whiskey legacies in American distilling history — a whiskey so popular it gained national acclaim during Prohibition and has continued to thrive into the modern era. Today, the distillery blends that storied heritage with contemporary innovation, producing a range of small-batch, handcrafted spirits for the Pacific Northwest market and beyond.

The distillery's core product lineup includes Old Log Cabin Bourbon Whiskey, its flagship expression built on an unconventional mash bill designed to differentiate it from mainstream bourbons. In addition to bourbon, the company produces Batch 206 Vodka and Counter Gin, two spirits that have recently undergone a notable rebranding effort. The updated packaging features hand-drawn artwork by artist Shogo Ota combined with AI-assisted printing technology, creating collectible, limited-edition bottle designs that merge traditional artistry with cutting-edge production methods.

The distilling team emphasizes an inventive approach to the craft, applying best practices while maintaining creative latitude in recipe development and production. The company operates its own tasting room open Wednesday through Sunday, offering visitors a direct, immersive experience of its distilling process — from the still to the glass. The on-site tasting room serves as both a retail and hospitality venue, reinforcing the brand's community-focused identity.

Old Log Cabin has established itself as a recognizable local brand through a partnership with the NHL's Seattle Kraken, serving as an Official Local Whiskey Partner at Climate Pledge Arena and the Kraken Iceplex. This high-profile collaboration extends the brand's visibility across all events hosted at those venues, positioning it prominently within Seattle's sports and entertainment ecosystem.

The company describes itself as a creator-driven team deeply invested in the Pacific Northwest community, with a brand ethos centered on craftsmanship, character, and conviviality. Its product portfolio spans bourbon whiskey, vodka, and gin, with ongoing product development suggesting a commitment to portfolio expansion and brand evolution.
