The Agency department focuses on brand building and digital growth, providing services including branding and identity development, creative direction, graphic design, social media management, e-commerce management, paid advertising strategy and management, ambassador and influencer management, and comprehensive marketing strategy. The team is particularly oriented toward driving sales performance in e-commerce environments, making it a relevant partner for consumer brands seeking to grow direct-to-consumer or marketplace presence.

The Incubator department supports early-stage companies from concept through commercialization. Services include venture development, go-to-market strategy, minimum viable product (MVP) development, market and product research, fundraising and crowdfunding support, sales and marketing preparation, and brand development. Capital resources backing the incubator are provided through Arthur Street Ventures. The incubator accepts pre-seed to Series A stage companies, both pre- and post-revenue, with a preference for founder-led teams that can demonstrate traction through an MVP, provisional patent, or similar milestone.

Founded by Andy Tran, the company traces its origins to a spontaneous creative vision during a trip through the mountains of Patagonia, where Tran developed a passion for visual storytelling — often in imperfect, unpolished conditions. The name 'Muddy Shutter' evolved into the broader professional group seen today.
