Molly's Milk Truck Beverages, LLC

Molly's Milk Truck began in 2010 as a mobile food and beverage business in Hoboken, New Jersey, offering premium, accessible alternatives to classic American food and drink. Founded by Hoda, who left a corporate marketing career to pursue the venture, the brand built a following serving its food truck menu before expanding into a full sit-down restaurant. The company now operates Molly's Milk Truck Sweet & Savory, a brick-and-mortar restaurant located on Knickerbocker Avenue in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, open late into the evening most days of the week and offering online ordering. The kitchen is led by a savory chef who trained at several internationally recognized restaurants, including The Fat Duck, Mugaritz, and Per Se, before joining the Molly's Milk Truck team. The business continues to describe itself around sweet and savory offerings, reflecting its roots as a beverage and snack-focused food truck concept.
