Just Tomato's Inc.

Karen's Naturals is a family-owned and operated company with nearly 40 years of experience in producing premium freeze-dried fruits and vegetables. Founded in 1985 in the fertile Central Valley of California, the company began as Just Tomatoes in the family kitchen of Bill and Karen Cox, who sought to create healthy snacks without salt, sulfur, or other preservatives found in imported sun-dried tomatoes. The company has since evolved and expanded its product line to include a wide variety of freeze-dried fruits and vegetables under the Karen's Naturals brand. Their mission is to share the pure essence of nature with families through dedication to the highest quality, all-natural freeze-dried products. The company specializes in creating delicious and convenient ways for families to enjoy nutrient-rich goodness, with products that are 100% natural, gluten-free, kosher, and non-GMO. Their product portfolio includes popular items like Just Strawberries, Just Mango, Just Fruit Salad, Just Strawberries 'n Bananas, Just Cherries, and Just Peaches. These freeze-dried products retain the nutritional value and flavor of fresh fruits and vegetables while providing extended shelf life and convenience. The company serves health-conscious consumers, families seeking nutritious snack alternatives, and individuals looking for natural ingredients for cereals, salads, yogurt, smoothies, and baked goods. Karen's Naturals operates from their family ranch with deep agricultural roots dating back to the 1860s, combining traditional farming heritage with modern freeze-drying technology. Their products are rich in fiber, antioxidants, and essential vitamins, supporting immune function and overall health. The company emphasizes quality, excellence, and love in their products, aiming to foster joyous experiences at every family table through their commitment to providing pure, natural nutrition.
