Jessie Lord Bakery

Jessie Lord Bakery is a specialty pie manufacturer with roots dating back to 1984, operating as a wholesale supplier of homestyle, from-scratch pies to retail and in-store bakery customers across the country. The company has built its reputation on combining old-fashioned baking techniques with modern production methods to deliver authentic, high-quality pies at competitive price points. Jessie Lord Bakery sources premium ingredients with particular attention to origin and quality — including rich California dairy and eggs for cream and meringue pies, and perfectly ripened apples, peaches, cherries, and berries for fruit pie fillings. This commitment to ingredient quality is a core differentiator that sets their products apart in the competitive bakery category. The company offers a comprehensive lineup of both frozen unbaked and pre-baked, thaw-and-sell pies, providing retailers and in-store bakery operators with flexible merchandising options. Pie sizes range from 6 inches to 12 inches, accommodating a variety of retail formats and consumer needs. Product lines include seasonal and specialty pies with award-winning recipes, as well as year-round varieties spanning cream pies, meringue pies, and fruit pies. Seasonal offerings are designed to capitalize on high-volume holiday selling periods, including fall and winter occasions. Beyond their standard product catalog, Jessie Lord Bakery offers private label and custom packaging services, allowing retail partners to merchandise the pies under their own brand. The company also collaborates with retail customers on custom pie variety development, enabling unique, brand-exclusive SKUs. This flexibility makes them a versatile partner for grocery chains, specialty food retailers, and in-store bakery programs looking to differentiate their dessert offerings. With nearly four decades of production experience, Jessie Lord Bakery has developed rigorous quality control processes that span the entire production cycle — from dough rolling and crimping through filling, baking, and final product evaluation. Their operational approach mirrors small-batch, artisan care while supporting the scale and consistency required by retail partners.
