Ikasu Brewing is a Japanese-owned craft brewery based in Los Angeles, California, founded by Masahiro Kitano, Ph.D., who combines Japanese tradition with American craft beer innovation. The brewery specializes in creating unique Japanese-inspired beers using authentic ingredients like sushi rice, black sesame (goma), matcha green tea, and yuzu kosho. Their diverse portfolio includes LArigato Japanese Rice Lager, W.C. Sh!t West Coast IPA, Matcha Tart Gose with matcha, New-Z New Zealand Pilsner, Goma Me American Porter with black sesame, and Yuzuko Show Chili Saison with yuzu kosho.
