Idaho Kombucha is a small-batch, artisan kombucha brewery founded in 2015 by Mike and Terri Landa and based in Boise, Idaho. The company specializes in traditionally fermented kombucha crafted using time-honored brewing techniques that have been scaled up from their humble beginnings in a home kitchen. Products are available in two formats: 12 oz. aluminum cans and 1/6 BBL (5.2 gallon) stainless steel kegs.
