Hellenic Farms llc

Hellenic Farms is a certified 100% woman-owned business established in 2013, operating as a premier U.S. importer and supplier of premium Greek food products. Founded by a Greek-American entrepreneur with deep personal roots in Greek food culture — including a family lineage of Mastic farmers from the island of Chios — the company was created with the mission of reintroducing authentic Hellenic culinary traditions to the American market.

The company works directly with a curated network of artisan producers and suppliers throughout Greece, sourcing fine-quality food products that represent the very best of Hellenic gastronomy. Its product catalog spans traditional Greek staples and specialty items, including Dolmades (stuffed vine leaves hand-rolled with organic Sultana leaves), Mastic resin products, and a broad range of all-natural, traditional Greek foods. Products emphasize authentic preparation methods, natural ingredients, and regional provenance.

Hellenic Farms positions itself not merely as a product distributor but as an educational resource for American consumers and buyers seeking to understand the health benefits associated with Greek cuisine and the Mediterranean diet. The company bridges the gap between small-batch Greek artisan producers and the U.S. retail and specialty food market, offering buyers access to products that are otherwise difficult to source through conventional grocery channels.

Its product offerings cater to health-conscious consumers, specialty food retailers, gourmet grocery stores, and foodservice buyers interested in authentic Mediterranean and Greek food categories. Many products align with vegan, organic, and all-natural dietary preferences, reflecting the traditional, minimally processed nature of Hellenic culinary heritage. The Dolmades line, for example, is marketed as a vegan-friendly appetizer made with organic vine leaves and traditional Greek ingredients.

As a certified woman-owned business, Hellenic Farms qualifies as a diverse supplier, which may be of particular relevance to retailers and distributors with supplier diversity procurement goals. The company has operated continuously since 2013, building long-standing relationships with Greek artisan producers and developing a specialized catalog tailored to the U.S. market's growing appetite for authentic international specialty foods.
