Founded by Chef Bonny Davis and Tootsie Namuo Davis, the company is built around four of Hawaii's most important indigenous canoe crops: Kalo (Taro), 'Ulu (Breadfruit), 'Uala (Sweet Potato), and Niu (Coconut). Hawaiian Krunch Company participated in the Kalo Journey, an immersive experience across O'ahu and Kaua'i working with local kalo farmers to reimagine kalo for modern tables and help open export opportunities for Hawaii's kalo growers. The company offers three signature granola flavors in their sampler pack, all made in small batches with aloha.
