Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&NHB) is one of the oldest and most established food and beverage companies in Southeast Asia, with roots tracing back to 1883 when founders John Fraser and David Chalmers Neave established The Singapore and Straits Aerated Water Company. Listed on Bursa Malaysia's Main Board and operating as a Syariah-compliant entity, the company generates an annual turnover exceeding RM 5 billion and employs more than 3,800 people across its operations in Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, and Indochina. F&NHB is a subsidiary of Fraser and Neave, Limited, and exports products to 93 countries worldwide.

The company's product portfolio spans 37 brands across 14 categories, organized under its core business segments: Food & Beverages Malaysia (encompassing both Soft Drinks and Dairies Malaysia), Food & Beverages Thailand, and Property. Its beverage lineup includes well-known brands such as 100PLUS, F&N Fun Flavours, F&N SEASONS, F&N NutriWell, F&N ICE MOUNTAIN, OYOSHI, Rangers, and EST Cola. F&NHB holds a dominant position in the Sweetened Condensed Milk and Evaporated Milk markets in both Malaysia and Thailand, with dairy brands including F&N, TEAPOT, CARNATION, Cap Junjung, and IDEAL. Liquid milk and juice products are marketed under the F&N Magnolia, FARMHOUSE, and F&N Fruit Tree brands.

Through strategic acquisitions, F&NHB has broadened its footprint into packaged food. The 2020 acquisition of Sri Nona Companies added the NONA brand, Malaysia's leading ketupat (rice cake) brand, as well as oyster sauce and cooking sauces. The 2022 acquisition of Cocoaland further expanded the company's presence in the snack and confectionery segments, advancing its goal of becoming a leading total F&B player across ASEAN.

F&NHB operates 14 manufacturing facilities across Malaysia and Thailand, comprising three dairy plants, five beverage plants, two mineral water plants, and four packaged food plants. All facilities are certified to ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 22000:2005 for food safety management, and hold GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) certifications. The plants are equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies and maintain strict quality control at every stage of production.
