Fontana Farms is a small farm brewery located in Delphi, Indiana, operating a taproom and beer garden on its working farm property. The brewery is rooted in a hyper-local, farm-to-glass philosophy, emphasizing the use of ingredients sourced directly from the land surrounding the brewhouse. Water for all beers is drawn from an on-site aquifer, and the brewing team actively incorporates garden-grown produce — including watermelons, tomatoes, and peppers — as well as foraged ingredients such as wild hops, dandelions, mulberries, and elderberries and elder blossoms gathered from the property. Locally harvested yeast further distinguishes the brewery's approach to craft fermentation. The result is a lineup of adventurous and experimental craft beers that reflect the specific terroir and agricultural identity of Carroll County, Indiana. The taproom is open to guests 21 and older at all times, with families and children welcomed in the outdoor beer garden on weekends. The brewery does not serve food as a restaurant, but offers a build-your-own charcuterie menu and encourages guests to bring their own food or use the on-site fire pit. Non-alcoholic beverage options, including sodas, hop water, and punch varieties, are available alongside the core beer offerings. Fontana Farms holds only an on-premise brewery license and is therefore not permitted to sell wine, cider, liquor, or ship any products under Indiana state law.
