Fall River Brewing Co. is an independent craft brewery based in Redding, California, founded in 2011 by John and Amanda Hutchings. What began as a homebrewing hobby in a residential garage evolved into a commercial operation, moving through a converted airplane hangar near Burney Falls before settling into a purpose-built production facility in 2018. That facility operates a 30-barrel brewing system, enabling the company to produce a diverse and continuously expanding portfolio of craft beverages. The brewery distributes its products across California, Idaho, Montana, and Nevada, establishing a meaningful presence throughout the western United States. Fall River Brewing crafts a wide range of beer styles, including IPAs, ales, stouts, and lagers, as well as hard seltzers, ready-to-drink cocktails, and non-alcoholic options.
