Epic Beer

03st (operating via 03st.com and drink03st.com) is a craft beer brand producing a focused lineup of West Coast-style ales and lagers for direct-to-consumer sales. The brand's portfolio currently includes three distinct beers: Bodega Head, a classic West Coast IPA brewed with Centennial, Chinook, and Cascade hops delivering pronounced citrus and pine aromas with a lingering hop bite; Puddle Jumper Pale Ale ('PJ'), a 5.6% ABV West Coast Pale Ale built around Simcoe hops for a clean malt backbone and big citrus character, positioned as an approachable, sessionable option for outdoor and casual occasions; and Village Pilsner, an Italian-style Pilsner hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh that blends classic lager tradition with a modern sensibility. The brand sells its beers in 6-pack, 12-pack, and case formats, and offers a subscription model with recurring monthly delivery and discounts of 15–20%, indicating a direct-to-consumer e-commerce focus. The beers are crafted with attention to specific hop varieties and style authenticity, reflecting a craft brewing ethos oriented toward approachable, well-balanced West Coast styles. The brand appears to be in an early or emerging stage, with some product variants listed as coming soon or sold out.
