CPF, Inc. (Central Production Facility) is a leading beverage manufacturer and PepsiCo Co-op member headquartered in Ayer, Massachusetts, with operations dating back to 1983. The company operates two production campuses across Greater New England, serving as a trusted co-packer and bottler for some of the nation's most recognized beverage brands, including Pepsi, Aquafina, and Pure Leaf Iced Tea.

The flagship Ayer facility, located at 25 Copeland Drive, encompasses approximately 320,000 square feet and houses six high-capacity production lines. These lines are dedicated to producing iced teas, premium spring water, carbonated soft drinks, and seltzers. Operating on three shifts, the Ayer plant is built for high-volume, high-speed output with a consistent emphasis on quality and food safety.

In 2016, CPF expanded its footprint with the establishment of Patriot Beverages in Littleton, Massachusetts. This state-of-the-art facility added three additional production lines focused on purified electrolyte water, iced teas, and other non-carbonated beverages, broadening the company's product portfolio and production capacity across the region.

Collectively, CPF manufactures a wide range of beverage categories including carbonated soft drinks, seltzers, cold-fill teas, purified water, spring water, and non-carbonated beverages. The company distributes its products to retailers throughout Greater New England and beyond, serving as a critical regional link in the PepsiCo supply chain.

CPF has earned multiple prestigious industry accolades, reflecting its commitment to quality and operational excellence. These include the Caleb Bradham Quality and Food Safety Excellence Award at Platinum level in 2021 and Bronze or Gold levels in subsequent years through 2025. Patriot Beverages has twice earned the PepsiCo Co-Packer of the Year honor — a rare achievement among approximately 90 co-packing locations nationwide — and received PepsiCo's Customer Service Award in 2021.

The company's use of rPET bottles and investment in water conservation, waste reduction, and advanced recycling programs underscore its operational approach to environmental responsibility. CPF also actively supports its local communities through sponsorships, charitable donations, and partnerships, including providing facility space for the Littleton Robotics Team.
