Cocktail Buddies Inc.

Cocktail Buddies is a consumer beverage brand operating under the domain cocktailbuddies.com, offering a flagship product called Acid Buddy — a ready-to-use cocktail acid solution designed to simplify the process of crafting balanced, professional-quality cocktails at home or behind a full bar. The brand targets both novice home bartenders and experienced mixologists who want consistent, bold flavor profiles without the complexity of sourcing and measuring multiple acidic ingredients from scratch. Acid Buddy is sold in pouch format, reflecting a modern, portion-controlled approach to cocktail preparation. The product is used as a foundational acid component in a simple three-step cocktail formula: three-quarters of an ounce of Acid Buddy combined with three-quarters of an ounce of a syrup and two ounces of a spirit of the consumer's choice. This flexible format allows the product to work across a wide range of cocktail styles and spirit categories, making it a versatile addition to any home bar or professional setup. The brand sells direct-to-consumer through its website with free shipping available throughout the continental United States. Pricing is structured on a volume-discount model, incentivizing multi-pouch purchases — single pouches retail at $19.99, while orders of five or more pouches drop to $14.99 per unit. This tiered pricing suggests the brand is targeting repeat buyers and bar operators who use the product regularly. As a CPG product in the cocktail mixer and bar ingredient space, Acid Buddy competes in the growing category of cocktail convenience products, which includes pre-made mixers, bitters, and acid solutions popularized by the craft cocktail movement. The brand's messaging emphasizes accessibility and ease without sacrificing quality, positioning Acid Buddy as a tool that delivers bar-quality results regardless of the user's skill level.
