Casey Jones Distillery is a Kentucky craft distillery rooted in the legendary moonshining heritage of Golden Pond, Kentucky. The distillery draws its name and inspiration from Casey Jones, a master stillmaker who became a Prohibition-era legend, renowned for building superior copper pot stills that produced exceptionally high-quality spirits. His grandson, Arlon 'AJ' Casey Jones, carries that legacy forward through a modern operation that blends authentic craft tradition with award-winning production.

The distillery produces a range of spirits including bourbon, corn whiskey, wheat whiskey, rye whiskey, malt whiskey, and moonshine. Among its flagship offerings are Revere Small Batch Bourbon, crafted to commemorate America's 250th anniversary, and Casey's Cut Moonshine, named in honor of Casey Jones's preferred method of payment — a gallon or two of the product itself. The distillery also offers limited single barrel releases, including specialty expressions such as an amburana barrel cut that has received notable acclaim in the craft spirits community.

Distillation is carried out on a newly installed, state-of-the-art 1,000-gallon hybrid pot still, a nod to the square pot still design that made Casey Jones a legend in The Land Between The Lakes. This authentic Kentucky square pot distilling approach sets the operation apart from column-still producers and reflects a deliberate commitment to traditional craft methods.

Beyond its own branded spirits portfolio, Casey Jones Distillery actively pursues B2B partnerships through a full-service contract distillation program. The program is designed for spirits entrepreneurs and brands looking to develop custom expressions with low minimum production runs. Clients may select from popular existing mash bills or collaborate with the distillery to develop entirely custom recipes. Contract services span the full production cycle — from grain to glass — including distillation, barrel storage in Kelvin Cooperage 53-gallon casks, ricked warehouse storage, and bottling services. New make spirits are available in totes or bilge-bunged barrels, providing flexibility for brands at various stages of development.
