Amnisia Vodka is an ultra-premium spirits brand producing a curated collection of luxury vodkas crafted in Poland at a family-owned distillery with nearly 50 years of heritage and generational expertise in vodka production. The company positions itself at the highest tier of the global spirits market, targeting discerning consumers, upscale on-premise venues, and premium retail channels worldwide, with a notable presence anchored in South Florida and Miami.

The brand's production process is a rigorously controlled, multi-step operation spanning 30 to 120 days depending on the expression. Amnisia sources Certified Organic Rye, Wheat, and Potatoes exclusively from three local Polish agricultural partners, ensuring full traceability from farm to bottle. Raw materials undergo strict quality inspection before fermentation and a minimum of six distillations, yielding a refined base spirit of exceptional purity. Following distillation, the spirit is blended with water drawn from an on-site natural artesian well, purified via Reverse Osmosis and uniquely incorporated as ice to control blending temperature. The blend then rests for 72 hours with regular agitation before a dual-phase oxygenation process — 72 hours in open stainless-steel tanks followed by 48 hours in a hermetically sealed chamber — to enhance smoothness and aromatic balance.

A hallmark of the production is a nine-stage custom filtration sequence: three passes through activated charcoal and carbon filters, three passes through advanced platinum filtration, and three passes through a proprietary diamond filtration system utilizing 5,000 carats of granulated natural diamonds. Before bottling, each expression undergoes a final resting period ranging from 20 days for the core No. 1 and flavored expressions, to 45 days for the Grand Voyage collection, and 90 days for the rare 1987 Founders Reserve. The entire process is monitored by the Polish Vodka Association under some of the world's most stringent legal production standards.

The product line includes flagship expressions such as Amnisia No. 1, the Grand Voyage collection, and the ultra-rare 1987 Founders Reserve, as well as flavored vodkas and limited-edition releases. The Miami Editions — Passione Noire and Citron Réve — are presented in striking mirror-chrome Magnum bottles and are distributed in extremely limited, individually numbered quantities through select South Florida venues and the brand's online store.

Among its key differentiators is a bespoke, patented bottle handcrafted from fragrance-grade crystal glass, designed to function as both a luxury object and a statement of personal expression.
