Produces a line of non-alcoholic sparkling juice beverages built on Swedish family recipes and all-natural ingredients, sold under the Kristian Regale brand. The line is positioned as a lighter, lower-sugar alternative to conventional sodas and ciders and is marketed both for everyday drinking and for celebrations, where the bottled sparkling format serves as an alcohol-free stand-in for sparkling wine or cider at weddings, holiday parties and family gatherings. Marketing language leans on the Swedish heritage of the recipes, using the Swedish word for delicious to describe the taste profile and framing the products as crisp, refreshing and big on flavor rather than on calories. The core product range consists of six sparkling juice beverages. Apple is the original flavor and remains among the most popular; apples picked at peak freshness are blended with other ingredients to create a light, crisp apple sparkler. Pear is made from a traditional Swedish pear cider recipe with the alcohol removed, combining real pear juice with apple juice for a delicate, more sophisticated taste, and is described as the single most popular flavor in the line. Peach is made with all-natural peach juice in a proprietary recipe. Pomegranate-Apple uses all-natural pomegranate juice, drawing on the fruit's reputation as a superfruit and its sweet-tart flavor. Black Currant combines real black currant juice, a northern European fruit that is a rich source of vitamin C and antioxidants, with apple juice. Lingonberry-Apple is made with real lingonberry juice from Sweden, from berries handpicked in the Swedish countryside and forests. Each variety is packaged in bottles and presented as a sparkling juice beverage rather than a soda. Formulation is a central differentiator. The recipes use as few ingredients as possible per bottle and rely on natural beet sugars, geranium botanicals and natural fruit juice. Products carry roughly two-thirds less sugar than comparable beverages, contain no preservatives and no artificial flavors, and are both alcohol free and caffeine free. The beverages are promoted as high in antioxidants. The line is certified kosher by the Orthodox Union and carries the OU symbol on the label, which supports placement in kosher and specialty retail sets. The stated philosophy is that a short, natural ingredient deck inherited from Swedish tradition happens to match what current consumers look for on a label, and that the product should be enjoyable as well as better for the drinker. The company history begins with a countryside bicycle ride through Sweden, during which the founder and her husband tasted an all-natural apple sparkling drink. Convinced the beverage would find an audience in the United States, she approached local producers for the recipe and traveled repeatedly to Sweden to perfect it. The brand was launched from a home kitchen office with a makeshift garage warehouse, with her two sons making deliveries, and initial sales were concentrated in the Midwest region of the United States. Four executives with significant food industry experience subsequently approached the founder with an investment opportunity, and the resulting partnership expanded the brand well beyond its regional roots. Operations are now associated with Minnesota, while the recipes and fruit sourcing remain tied to Sweden. Distribution today is national and international, including the Caribbean. Retail channels include supermarkets, big box stores, specialty gourmet markets and natural food stores, giving the line exposure across both conventional grocery and natural or specialty sets. Competitive positioning is explicitly built around being different from a market the company describes as saturated with heavy sodas, ciders and excess sugar: an all-natural, non-alcoholic sparkling juice suitable for any occasion, light and refreshing, with a Scandinavian recipe heritage behind it. Two decades of brand history, a consistent six-flavor lineup, kosher certification and a clean natural-ingredient statement are the attributes the company puts forward to retail and trade buyers.
