Lucinda Ochwat

Lucinda Ochwat joins VIP as Head of Sales after twenty years on every side of the beverage alcohol business. She spent fourteen years at The Boston Beer Company, leading sales and distribution on five major brand launches including Truly, Twisted Tea, Angry Orchard, Coney Island, and Traveler. She then crossed to the distributor side as Vice President of eCommerce Solutions and Specialty Craft at Andrews Distributing in Dallas, ran a small business as President and CEO under the Teamshares model, and founded LTO Consulting in 2023 to bring executive coaching and sales training to beverage alcohol founders and operators.
