NIAGARA REGION, Ontario — Four Pour Corp. has launched FLIP, a Canadian sparkling coffee brand introducing its Lemon flavour to Ontario’s café, restaurant, retail and event market.
Packaged in 355 mL sleek cans, FLIP combines coffee extract, lemon flavour and light carbonation. The brand describes the drink as lemonade meets cold brew, with a softer fizz than a typical soda. Sweetened with sugar and agave syrup, it is designed to be served chilled, straight from the can or over ice.
The concept began in the first months of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 as a restaurant pivot. Years of recipe and brand development followed, with the team eventually closing its restaurant to focus on building the beverage business. Inspired by the coffee-and-lemon combination of mazagran, FLIP brings that idea into a ready-to-drink sparkling format.
FLIP recently introduced the new brand through sampling at Coffee City at Toronto’s Design Exchange, an event involving De Mello Coffee. The company is now taking wholesale enquiries for Ontario accounts through drinkflip.ca. The current Lemon product is offered in cases of 24 cans, with a two-case wholesale minimum.
Online direct-to-consumer ordering is not yet open. The company is preparing packaging for smaller orders as a next step.
FLIP’s Miami-inspired retro identity pairs deep purple with sunset colours and the line “Bold. Refreshing. Unexpected.” The brand is positioning sparkling coffee for everyday and social occasions, from the café counter and commute to events and afternoons by the water.
