PENSACOLA, FL — Perfect Plain Brewing Co. is proud to announce the release of FestBier, a traditional German-style pale lager joining the brewery’s seasonal lineup. The 6% ABV lager delivers a smooth, clean profile with complementary malt and light hop character.
Inspired by the pale lagers traditionally associated with Oktoberfest celebrations, FestBier highlights the characteristics that define the classic German style. At 20 IBU, the beer balances its malt profile with a subtle hop presence, creating a straightforward lager that stays true to its traditional roots.
The release reflects Perfect Plain’s continued focus on exploring a range of beer styles, from creative seasonal offerings to beers rooted in longstanding brewing traditions.
“We wanted FestBier to be a well-made lager that stays true to the traditional German beer style,” said Jensen Meharg, General Manager of Perfect Plain Brewing Co. “Innovation at Perfect Plain isn’t always about creating something completely new. It’s also about exploring classic styles, doing them well, and continuing to give our guests something different to experience.”
FestBier will be available for a limited time on draft at the Perfect Plain taproom and at select retailers throughout the region, while supplies last.
