San Francisco, CA, August 11, 2026 – Butcher’s Bone Broth today announced it has been ranked No. 2,711 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The list is the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s most successful independent and entrepreneurial businesses, recognizing companies that have achieved remarkable growth while driving innovation, creating jobs, and shaping the future of the economy. Past honorees include companies such as Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Oracle, and Patagonia.

“We’re honored that Butcher’s Bone Broth has been recognized on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list,” said Gregory Lok, President of Butcher’s. “Over the past year, we’ve continued to build meaningful momentum by expanding with new retail partners and growing our presence in existing retailers like Whole Foods Market, Target, and Sprouts Farmers Market. This recognition reflects the dedication of our team, the strength of our retail partnerships, and the incredible support from our consumers.”

This year’s Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining what growth looks like. From AI and advanced manufacturing to healthcare, consumer products, and professional services, these businesses are expanding their impact, creating jobs, and proving that entrepreneurial ambition continues to fuel the U.S. economy. Among the 5,000 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and those companies have collectively added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.

“When I came to the U.S. from Switzerland and launched a single rotisserie food truck, I never imagined we would one day see Butcher’s on the Inc. 5000,” said Thomas Odermatt, Founder of Butcher’s. “What started as a commitment to honoring the craft of traditional butchery has grown into a brand trusted by shoppers in more than 10,000 stores nationwide. This recognition is a reminder that with perseverance, purpose, and a focus on making the best possible product, the American dream is still very much alive.”

“Every company on the Inc. 5000 has a story of perseverance, smart decision-making, and a refusal to sit still,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance—it reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact. We congratulate all honorees on this significant achievement.”

Inc. will celebrate the honorees at the 2026 Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala, taking place October 14–16 in Dallas, Texas, and the top 500 will be listed in the Fall issue of Inc. Magazine. Tickets are on sale now.

About Butcher’s Bone Broth:

Butcher’s Bone Broth was founded by Thomas Odermatt, a third-generation Swiss butcher who entered the U.S. culinary scene with his famed Bay Area Roli Roti food truck known for its rotisserie chickens and porchetta sandwiches. Thomas created his first retail product with Butcher’s Bone Broth, an organic, fresh bone broth that embodies Odermatt’s approach to feeding others: putting in all of the manpower and hours to create food that is healthy, delicious, and satisfying. As the leading fresh bone broth on the market, the brand’s collagen-rich organic chicken and beef broths each contain only three ingredients.
