PRESS RELEASE posted by Paddy & Scott's
Aug. 11, 2026 at 8:34am (EDT)

Independent coffee company Paddy & Scott's has announced the appointment of Lisa Knight as National Partnerships Manager. She joins following three years as Regional Account Manager for Nespresso Professional.

Paddy & Scott’s has gone from strength to strength since its Management Buy-Out in November 2024. Its fierce commitment to putting coffee farmers, people and the planet at the centre of every decision has set them apart from their competitors, delivering strong results while making them a genuinely appealing place to work.

Lisa brings with her a wealth of experience in F&B and hospitality and joins the business with the key responsibility to identify and develop strategic partnerships with national hospitality and commercial organisations.

Lisa Knight began her career at a small recruitment company in the South East. Her drive, determination and sincere, customer-first approach set her on a trajectory of success. She soon decided to make the move to London, taking on a role as Senior Recruitment Consultant at Ritz Recruitment, where she built a strong track record in winning new business, client retention and relationship development.

After three years, Lisa progressed into a new role as HORECA Regional Account Manager for Nespresso Professional, B-Corp certified. The move proved a career-defining one: Lisa was named top performer for two consecutive years and voted best in sales by her peers.

“I originally connected with Paddy & Scott's CEO and owner, Jon Reed, via LinkedIn two years ago. My impression of Paddy & Scott's has always been overwhelmingly positive: a warm, friendly team working for a purpose-led company that strives to make the planet a better place,” comments Lisa.

“What began as a message on LinkedIn led to a coffee and a meeting of minds. When we completed the Management Buy-Out of Paddy & Scott's in 2024, Lisa reconnected, this time over another coffee. What followed was an hour-long call with Head of Sales Shaun, a catch-up with Zoe, and a meeting with Chairman James Horler,” comments Jon Reed. “Lisa was offered the role of National Partnerships Manager and has settled into the business well, joining a team recognised as Employer of the Year 2026 by the EADT, taking part in a project to send urgently needed supplies to an orphanage in Kenya, and building strong relationships both internally and with her customers. It is an exciting pairing, giving Lisa the platform to continue her successful career doing what she does best.”

Paddy & Scott's are not just making coffee; they are changing lives. With an unwavering commitment to sustainability, quality and innovation, they champion community empowerment and environmental care. Their mission is simple: deliver exceptional taste while nurturing a sustainable, thriving planet.
