Memphis, TN – June 2025 – Brinkley’s Foods, a Memphis-based, female-founded company
dedicated to crafting pure, wholesome, and convenient foods, is launching its flagship product,
Good Flippin’ Pancakes, at Erewhon. The frozen pancakes are available at every Erewhon
location across the greater Los Angeles area.
Co-founded by Brinkley Erb and her sister Connell, Brinkley’s Foods emerged from a personal
journey to find clean, allergy-friendly foods. After being diagnosed with egg and dairy allergies,
Brinkley developed a recipe that became a hit with her yoga clients. This led to the creation of
Good Flippin’ Pancakes, made from just four natural ingredients: bananas, oats, cinnamon, and
a pinch of sea salt. These plant-based, dairy-free pancakes are free from any added sugars and
artificial preservatives, offering a wholesome breakfast option that doesn't compromise on taste.
Brinkley’s Foods offers two pancake flavors: Original and Blueberry.
Customers can find Good Flippin’ Pancakes at the end of the month in the frozen section at
Erewhon.
