Sales Support Intern

Reporting to: Territory Sales Rep + Head of Sales – U.S.

Salary: $3,150/month (equivalent of $30/hour)

Hours: 24 hours a week (4 days of 6 hour shifts), Wednesday to Sunday, between 12pm and 8pm.

Internship Contract: 3 Months (July thru September) but with the potential to be extended

The role: 

We are looking for superstar Sales Support Interns based in Los Angeles, Newport Beach/Long Beach, Chicago, Ft Lauderdale and Tampa. As the main requirement for this job, you’ll be staffing demos and tastings at our partner Retail stores. You will be responsible for serving potential consumers samples of the various MOTH cocktails and converting consumers to purchase MOTH. 

When you are not sampling in store, you’ll out on the road visiting stores that stock MOTH to ensure they are properly merchandised and well-stocked. You’ll be collecting data to then feed that back to the MOTH team. You will be assisting our Sales Team in market, tackling any sales related job function throughout the assigned territory.

You’re naturally enthusiastic and you’re a real people person. You’ll be hands on, doing stock checks in store and handling customer queries with ease. You’ll be a true ambassador of the brand, your passion for MOTH will shine through. 

This a part time role working 24 hours a week split over 4 days from Wednesday to Sunday. Sometimes there will be a requirement to work additional hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Tastings and demos in-store with sales consumer conversion rates tracked
• Store visits to ensure stores are fully stocked, optimising displays and shelf position 
• Reporting to Territory Sales Reps + U.S. Head of Sales regularly on performance in store
• Increasing brand awareness
• Working with the MOTH marketing team on in store execution (including sampling)

Who you are: 

• Detail oriented
• An approachable people person who is adept at relationship building 
• Passion and enthusiasm for MOTH
• Must have a valid driver's license and you will need to have access to a vehicle
• Due to this role selling (the most delicious) alcoholic cocktails, you will need to be over 21 years of age
