Weekend Beer Company

Weekend Beer Company is a craft brewery and taproom located in Grants Pass, Oregon, founded by Brandon and Ashley, two local entrepreneurs who returned to their hometown after years in Portland. The establishment operates as a family- and pet-friendly gathering space offering both indoor and outdoor seating, positioning itself as a community-centered destination for craft beverage enthusiasts of all kinds.

The taproom features a rotating selection of craft beers brewed on-site, alongside wine and cider on tap, as well as a variety of non-alcoholic options designed to accommodate the whole family. Customers can purchase beverages by the glass, acquire cans, or fill growlers for at-home enjoyment. The venue also partners with resident food trucks to provide food options, creating a relaxed, social atmosphere without operating a full kitchen in-house.

The brewing program is led by Brandon, who pursued formal brewing education at Brewlab in Sunderland, England, earning a Certificate in Practical Brewing. He further holds a General Certificate in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling, one of the most respected credentialing bodies in the global brewing industry. His professional brewing career began in 2013 at Rock Bottom brewery in Portland, where he served as assistant brewer, giving him hands-on commercial brewing experience prior to launching Weekend Beer Company.

Ashley brings complementary expertise in marketing and events management, drawing on her degree from Portland State University and years of professional experience. Together, the founders combine technical brewing knowledge with strong business and community engagement skills, enabling the taproom to host events and maintain an active local presence.

Weekend Beer Company targets local consumers, families, and craft beer enthusiasts in the Grants Pass, Oregon area, with a brand identity built around accessibility, community, and the idea that every day can feel like a weekend.
