About

US Corrugated, operating under the McKinley Company umbrella, is a world-class integrated paper and packaging manufacturer with two primary divisions: McKinley Paper and McKinley Packaging. The company is a subsidiary of Bio Pappel, the largest manufacturer of paper and paper products in Mexico and Latin America, giving it significant scale and resources across North American markets.

McKinley Paper operates three high-tech paper-producing facilities located in New Mexico, Washington, and Wisconsin. These mills have a combined U.S.-based production capacity of approximately one million tons per year. A key differentiator is that all paper produced is made from 100% recycled content, with no tree-cutting involved in any stage of production. Product lines from this division include High Performance Liners, Mediums, and Grocery Bag Paper, all designed for commercial applications.

McKinley Packaging operates a network of five state-of-the-art Alpha-Box plants across California, Georgia, Indiana, and Texas. As a vertically integrated manufacturer, the combined box cut-up capacity reaches 500,000 tons per year, enabling the company to serve local and multiregional customers efficiently throughout the United States. The packaging division offers a comprehensive range of solutions including corrugated packaging in any size, shape, or board combination; interior and specialty packaging such as corrugated partitions and frozen packaging; and graphics and retail packaging designed to serve as a powerful consumer-facing advertising tool.

The company operates under its proprietary Circular Economy model, branded as Urban Forest®. This production model ensures all products comply with a 360-degree life cycle — every product is manufactured from 100% recycled material and, upon completing its life cycle, can be collected and reprocessed into new, high-quality paper and paper derivatives. This closed-loop approach positions the company as a responsible participant in sustainable supply chains.

With structural and graphic design capabilities supported by dedicated technical teams, the company delivers customized packaging solutions tailored to specific business needs across a wide range of industries. Its vertically integrated structure — from paper mill to finished packaging — allows for cost-effective, high-performance solutions that address transportation, retail display, and product protection requirements.
