ROCO Winery is a premium wine producer located in Oregon's Willamette Valley, specializing in Traditional Method Sparkling wine, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. Founded by Rollin Soles and Corby Stonebraker-Soles, the winery draws on decades of Pacific Northwest winemaking expertise and a deeply rooted commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Rollin Soles, educated as a microbiologist, brings a science-driven approach to winemaking that has helped establish Oregon-produced bottles at the highest ranks of American craft wine. As Oregon's original producer of sparkling wine, ROCO has built a reputation for pioneering innovation in both viticulture and cellar practices.

The winery produces its sparkling wines using the Traditional Method — the same labor-intensive process used in Champagne production — which involves secondary fermentation in the bottle and extended aging on the lees. This technique contributes to the complexity and fine bubble structure characteristic of ROCO's sparkling portfolio. Alongside sparkling wine, the winery crafts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that reflect the unique terroir of the Willamette Valley, a region internationally recognized for producing world-class examples of these varietals.

ROCO Winery operates with a strong philosophy of sustainable winegrowing and winemaking. The winery holds LIVE Certified Sustainable status, a designation from the Low Input Viticulture and Enology non-profit organization, which recognizes adherence to internationally recognized, science-based practices designed to minimize environmental and social impacts. Additionally, ROCO is certified Salmon-Safe through the nationally recognized eco-label program, reflecting the winery's commitment to reducing agricultural runoff and protecting native salmon habitats through responsible farming at its Wits' End Vineyard. The winery also supports the International Organization for Biological Control (IOBC), integrating sustainable pest management practices into its vineyard operations.

ROCO's winemaking team also includes Associate Winemaker Jarod Sleet, who holds a degree in viticulture and enology from Oregon State University and brings additional depth of experience from prior positions at prominent Oregon wineries including Archery Summit and Argyle.
