Reily Foods Company

Founded in 1902 and still family-run across four generations, the company is a New Orleans-rooted food and beverage manufacturer known for bringing family and friends together through a portfolio of heritage brands. Its lineup includes Blue Plate Mayonnaise, made with a simple, made-like-homemade recipe of oil, vinegar, and only egg yolks for a rich, creamy texture; Carroll Shelby's Texas Brand chili and Tex-Mex products; French Market Coffee, a New Orleans coffee tradition dating to 1890; Luzianne Tea, including a pre-sweetened iced sweet tea made with pure cane sugar; New England Coffee; and Swans Down Cake Flour. For its coffee brands, the company sources 100% Arabica beans from Central America, South America, Eastern Africa, and the East Indies, seeking out the roughly 10% of Arabica beans with the balanced aroma and sweet, acidic taste suited to its products. The company serves both retail and foodservice channels and offers traditional and innovative recipes built around its brands. It describes its New Orleans heritage as central to how it makes its products and conducts business, and it maintains a stated commitment to sustainability alongside its consumer brand websites and recipe content.
