Prost Brewing

Prost Brewing Company is a family-owned Colorado craft brewery founded in 2012 that specializes in producing authentic German-style lagers and biers. The company operates multiple biergarten locations across Colorado including Northglenn, Denver, and Highlands Ranch, with plans for expansion including a new 6,800 square foot biergarten in Wheat Ridge. Prost honors traditional German brewing methods using sustainably sourced German-grown hops and malts that are hand-selected for quality. Their core beer portfolio includes Pilsner, Dunkel, Kölsch, Hefeweizen, and Vienna Lager, along with seasonal offerings like Winter Lager, Märzen, and Summer Lager. The brewery also produces limited availability and biergarten-special biers including Helles, Schwarzbier, Bohemian Pilsner, Kristallweizen, Keller Pilsner, and Weizenbock. Prost has received awards for their authentic lagerbiers and operates as one of Colorado's premier beer gardens, focusing on building community while maintaining German brewing traditions. The company plans to invest $25 million over the next ten years to establish their corporate headquarters, regional production facility, and distribution center, positioning them as a leader in German-style craft brewing in the Colorado market.
