Proclamation Ale Company, commonly known as PROC, is a woman-owned craft brewery located in Warwick, Rhode Island, situated a few blocks from T.F. Green Airport. Originally founded in 2014 by Dave Witham in West Kingston, RI, the brewery began on a nano system with a singular mission: to bring creative, flavorful beer to a local market hungry for innovation beyond standard styles. After years of growth and multiple expansions, the operation relocated to a 15,000 square foot facility in Warwick, opening its current location in December 2017. Following the passing of founder Dave Witham in December 2020, his wife Lori and the dedicated staff — known affectionately as the 'Procfam' — have continued to carry forward his vision and legacy.

Proclamation Ale Company produces an extensive and diverse portfolio of craft beers spanning a wide range of styles. Its lineup includes American light lagers, Italian pilsners, märzens, festbiers, New Zealand pilsners, West Coast IPAs, double IPAs, single-hopped IPAs, Belgian wheat ales, Belgian dark strong ales, English stouts, imperial stouts, ice cream stouts, berliner weisses, grisettes, farmhouse ales, saisons, bière de gardes, and an array of oak-aged and mixed-fermentation ales. The brewery is particularly distinguished by what it describes as Rhode Island's largest oak aging and mixed fermentation program, utilizing multiple 30-barrel oak foeders for aging and blending. Many of these specialty beers are further developed with locally sourced fruits, herbs, and botanicals such as tart cherries, black currants, raspberries, blackberries, rosemary, rose hips, hawthorn berries, sumac, and orange peels.

Beyond its core taproom offerings, Proclamation Ale Company engages in contract brewing for other Rhode Island breweries, demonstrating additional production capacity and brewing versatility. The brewery distributes through Mancini Beverage as its Rhode Island distributor, extending its reach beyond the taproom into the broader regional market. The taproom itself serves as a community hub, featuring a small video arcade, pinball machines, shuffleboard, and an outdoor patio with a firepit.
