Mibelle Group, established in 1961 and headquartered in Buchs, Switzerland, is a leading manufacturer and marketer of products in the fields of Personal Care & Beauty, Home Care, and Nutrition. The company develops and produces a wide range of products, including cosmetics, hygiene items, detergents, cleaning agents, and food products such as margarines and oils. Mibelle Group operates several business units: Private Label, Contract Manufacturing & Development, Brands, and Biochemistry. The Biochemistry unit, known as Mibelle Biochemistry, specializes in creating innovative, high-quality active ingredients for the cosmetic and nutraceutical industries, inspired by nature and realized through scientific research. As of March 31, 2025, Mibelle Group was acquired by the Spanish company Persán S.A., which took over all employees and facilities, aiming to strengthen its international presence and access new, technologically advanced categories. Prior to this, in December 2024, Mibelle's South Korean subsidiary, Gowoonsesang Cosmetics Co., Ltd., known for the Dr.G brand, was acquired by L'Oréal S.A.
