McCormack Family Farms is a leading Irish grower of fresh salad leaves, baby leaves, microgreens, fresh herbs, and edible flowers, headquartered in County Meath, Ireland. With nearly 40 years of experience in horticulture, the company has established itself as a specialist producer supplying both retail and foodservice markets across the island of Ireland. All leaves and herbs are grown in natural soil under natural light, with an emphasis on preserving natural goodness through minimal processing — products are sold unwashed to maintain freshness and nutritional integrity.

The company's product range is broad and carefully curated, encompassing baby spinach, rocket, curly kale, pak choi, watercress, lambs lettuce, mixed baby leaves, snack lettuce, and a variety of fresh-cut herbs including coriander, parsley, dill, basil, and tarragon. Specialty blends such as the Energise Super Mix — combining baby red kale, baby beet leaves, and baby spinach — and the Family Pack, a red and green batavia mix with red chard and rocket, demonstrate the company's product development capabilities. The Family Pack earned the Blas na hÉireann Chefs Choice Award in 2020, highlighting its quality credentials. McCormack Family Farms also produces certified organic spinach, reflecting its capacity to meet growing consumer demand for certified organic produce.

The Irish growing season for herbs and baby leaves runs from approximately April to September, while microgreens and edible flowers are available year-round through glasshouse cultivation. Outside of the domestic growing season, the company sources complementary produce from long-term partner growers in Italy and Spain, ensuring consistent supply to retail and foodservice customers throughout the year.

For retail, McCormack Family Farms products are stocked by major Irish supermarket chains including Aldi, Lidl, Dunnes Stores, SuperValu, and Tesco, as well as selected independent retailers across Ireland. For foodservice, the company distributes through a network of fresh produce distributors covering Ireland and Northern Ireland, providing nationwide coverage and efficient delivery logistics. The company is open to farm visits from foodservice professionals and provides product samples upon request.

McCormack Family Farms positions itself as a farm-to-table brand rooted in Irish agricultural heritage, combining traditional growing methods with modern product development to serve both everyday consumers and professional chefs. Its dual capability in retail-ready packaged salads and loose foodservice supply makes it a versatile partner in the fresh produce supply chain.
