Last Catch is a rare vintage canned trout project from Serbia built around a limited 2016 production of lightly smoked rainbow trout from Lake Zaovine.

Originally produced by River Fish DOO using a proprietary freshwater fish preservation process, the cans have been naturally aging unopened for nearly a decade, developing a deeper and more complex flavor profile similar to vintage millésime sardines.

Only around 6,000 cans remain worldwide. Last Catch is positioned as a collector-grade gourmet delicacy for enthusiasts of rare preserved foods, vintage tins, and long-aged fish specialties.
