Laguna Beach Beer

Laguna Beer Company (LBBC) is an independent craft brewery and brewpub located in Laguna Beach, California. Founded by a homebrewer operating out of a garage in Laguna Beach, the company has evolved over six years into a full-scale craft brewing operation with roots in Orange County beer distribution and a current flagship location featuring a Tasting Room and Kitchen in Laguna Canyon. LBBC is situated within The Hive, Laguna Beach's creative and cultural hub in the Arts District, positioning the brewery as a destination for both locals and tourists seeking authentic, locally crafted beer. The brewery is known for its ever-changing lineup of specialty and seasonal releases, reflecting a commitment to innovation and variety in its craft beer portfolio. LBBC operates as a brewpub, pairing its house-brewed beers with a kitchen offering fresh, made-to-order food in a family-friendly, outdoor beer garden setting. The taproom experience is central to the brand, complemented by a robust weekly events calendar that includes trivia nights, paint-and-sip events, stand-up comedy, and live music. As an award-winning, independent craft brewery, LBBC distinguishes itself through its hyper-local identity and beach-influenced brewing philosophy. The company previously operated as an Orange County beer distributor, demonstrating experience across multiple tiers of the beverage alcohol supply chain before consolidating its focus on the direct-to-consumer brewpub model. Its location in a high-traffic arts and tourism district gives it strong visibility among craft beer enthusiasts, visitors, and the broader Southern California market.
