Kasih Food Production Company is a Jordan-based food manufacturer with nearly a century of heritage in producing authentic Middle Eastern food products. Founded on the legacy of Raslan Kasih & Sons, established in 1926 and originally specializing in Tahini and Halva, the company was formally incorporated as Kasih Food Production in 1994 with a mission to bring Middle Eastern cuisine to a global audience. Headquartered in Jordan, the company has grown to become a leading food manufacturer in the region, recognized for its pioneering use of technology and its commitment to quality and innovation.

The company's product portfolio spans a wide range of Middle Eastern staples, including hummus, tahini, halva, chickpeas, fava beans, tomato paste, and Liquid Jameed — a category it pioneered and was the first globally to package. Its brands include the flagship Kasih line, Mezete (launched in 2018 to bring Middle Eastern flavors to international markets), Marka by Kasih (offering budget-friendly essentials), and Hommus & Hommusa, a kid-oriented hummus snack positioned for lunchboxes and after-school consumption.

Kasih Food Production has established numerous industry firsts throughout its history. In 1996, it became the first company globally to apply Ultra High Temperature (UHT) processing technology to hummus production, and in 1998, it was the first to package hummus in environmentally conscious carton packaging. In 1999, it created the liquid jameed market category. By 2010, it had introduced hummus to the airline industry, and in 2011, it became the first company globally to supply hummus to the International Space Station. A new, advanced UHT plant was commissioned that same year, with enhanced flavor formulations achieved after six years of development by 2017. In 2020–2021, the company introduced aseptic cup technology and launched a 1kg packaging format targeting the HORECA (hotel, restaurant, and catering) sector.

The company targets a broad spectrum of markets, including retail consumers, foodservice operators, the airline industry, and international distributors. It has expanded into key Middle Eastern markets including Iraq and continues to grow its international presence under the Mezete brand. Its manufacturing capabilities leverage the latest food processing technologies, including UHT and aseptic processing, combined with high-quality raw material sourcing.
