IDW

IDW is a leading importer and supplier of commercial refrigeration equipment, serving convenience stores, grocery chains, and mass retailers across the United States and more than 35 countries worldwide. The company designs and supplies refrigerated retail merchandising solutions spanning commercial coolers, glass-front vendors, unattended-retail micro markets, and ambient product displays, built to showcase beverages, ice cream, and fresh, frozen, and prepared foods while emphasizing durability and long service life. Its product range is positioned to help retailers enhance in-store brand experience, optimize merchandising performance, and adapt to shifts in the retail environment, including newer formats such as micro markets and glass-front vending. Beyond equipment supply, IDW maintains an aftermarket and technical support function, offering operating and technical manuals, maintenance videos, and parts lists, along with dedicated technical, sales, and parts support teams and international support for customers outside the U.S. The company operates from offices on both U.S. coasts -- Rancho Cucamonga, California and West Columbia, South Carolina -- reflecting national distribution reach, and describes itself as engaged in global manufacturing to support its worldwide customer base.
