Icicle Brewing

Icicle Brewing Company is an award-winning craft brewery founded in 2011 by Oliver and Pamela Brulotte in Leavenworth, Washington. With deep roots in the hop industry spanning over 140 years through Oliver's family farm A/B Hop Farms in Prosser, WA, the company combines traditional hop farming expertise with innovative brewing techniques. The brewery operates from two locations in the mountain village of Leavenworth: their original Front Street tasting room with a 5-barrel experimentation brewery, and a newer production facility built in 2019 to meet growing demand. Icicle Brewing specializes in handcrafted beers including IPAs, stouts, and seasonal varieties, with notable offerings like Darker Persuasion Caramel Macchiato, Fresh Hop Alpenhaze Hazy IPA, and their Enchantments series. The company has won hundreds of beer awards and serves the Pacific Northwest craft beer market through their tasting room, distribution network, and special events. They focus on community engagement, hosting live music, bingo nights, and seasonal celebrations while maintaining strong ties to their agricultural heritage and the outdoor recreation culture of the Cascade Mountains region.
