Golden Hour Consulting

Golden Hour Consulting provides fractional HR solutions, coaching, and consulting to small and mid-sized businesses. We help companies optimize talent, develop strong leaders, and drive business success through impactful workshops, training, and strategic HR initiatives.

Bailey Borzecki is the owner of Austin-based Golden Hour Consulting. She spent 7 years expanding the HR function at Dogfish Head Craft Brewery during a time of massive growth: expanding production capacity and the building of a new warehouse, opening a second restaurant, hotel & distillery, and doubling the sales team. She led all of the people-oriented programs to support this growth: implementing a new performance management system, production teams' workforce readiness, redefining orientation and onboarding, and scaling all other HR functions.

When Dogfish merged with Boston Beer she led many initiatives to transition and integrate employees, from the transactional efforts of merging HR systems to the transformational work of blending cultures. She then spent 5 years focused on Leadership Development, leading a team who designed, built and delivered L&D programs and trainings. She became a Platinum-certified Crucial Conversations® facilitator and is also a Certified Predictive Index® Partner.

She has spoken about her passionate approach to HR within the unique cultures of breweries at several HR industry conferences. Bailey is one half of a beer power couple and would love for you to ask her about her other half, the Buffalo Bills or her golden retriever, Murphy.
