Gamsa Foods is an emerging consumer packaged goods brand specializing in savory instant oatmeal inspired by Korean juk (?), a traditional rice porridge. Founded by Korean American entrepreneur Sarah, the brand was born out of a desire to bridge the gap between Korean breakfast culture and the American convenience food landscape. Gamsa's flagship product is a savory oatmeal blend combining oats, quinoa, and rice with bold, umami-rich ingredients including sesame, garlic, miso, tamari, and seaweed — offering a distinctly different breakfast experience from the sweet, sugar-forward instant oatmeals that dominate U.S. retail shelves.
