Fauve Bière is a Paris-based craft brewery founded by two beer enthusiasts, Antoine and Cyprien, who set out to create bold, expressive craft beers for a growing community of beer lovers in France. Operating as both a production brewery and a brewpub known as 'Les Cuves de Fauve,' the company occupies a unique position in the French craft beer market by combining on-site brewing with a fully operational bar and restaurant experience located at 64 rue de Charonne in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.
